How long does an order take to process?

We generally take a 2-3 weeks to process an accepted order.

If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.

Sales and promotions, are there any minimum orders?

A minimum amount of 41USD  OR Rs. 3000/- post the discount code applicable is required for any checkout when using a promotional code.

Do you make bigger quantities for gifting?

Will my The Garnish Company bag change colour over time?

All embellishments and fabrics change colour slightly over time. To minimise this please store your piece in the the garnish.co dust cover. Your bag should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures. Spot cleaning is advisable to remove stains. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or water. A slight change in colour over time is the symbol that your garnish.co bag is well used and loved.

Are the sizes mentioned on the website accurate?

Please note that these are handcrafted products. There may be minor size variations from product to product, this only makes all our products unique in themselves.

Are the colours or products shown on the website accurate?

We ensure that all our products are photographed under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close as possible to the actual product. However, there may be minor color variations in the material/fabrics of the image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

Is your full collection available online?

Only parts of our collection are available online at a time. However we are constantly endeavouring to bring you new styles and

Will my order reach me safely?

Each of The Garnish Company product is carefully packed with a pouch bag and a hard box cover to ensure that your piece reaches you safely. For any further queries please feel free to contact us.

Do you have cash on Delivery option?

No, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery option yet.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us as a proof of payment. 

We will next inform you when your order is complete and dispatched from our end via email. Expected date of delivery varies from city to city.

If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes we do, with an additional delivery cost.

Will I be asked to pay any extra international duties on my order?

International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries. Do look into your home country’s import guidelines to refer to the same.
